MBIP Law was formed in 2016. It is built upon the foundation that everyone-from small entrepreneurs to big corporations-should be allowed the chance to protect their innovations and ideas. Our aim is to work closely with you and strategize the best way to protect your invention, distinguish your brand and subsequently build your business. Before moving forward with any legal action, we like to sit down with our clients and help them understand and evaluate their options, so they are able to make better and informed decisions regarding any strategy to be employed in the future.

With our competitive flat rates, we upfront give you an estimate of what the costs will be to protect your brand names/ideas/inventions, so you don't have to constantly worry about the aggregating legal bills. In the current era of technology, today's businesses know that their ideas, processes, media and information are one of their most valuable assets. Your assets are what make you different from your competitors, do not leave these critical assets unprotected.
